The Wake-up Letter is an interdisciplinary performance that combines texts by Boris Pasternak and Daniil Charms with classical piano music. The performance explores the boundaries between literature and music, between the spoken and the sounding word. Charms' absurdist poetry meets Pasternak's lyrical prose, carried and commented upon by the sound of the piano.
